Why can't Media Shuttle members send or receive files? Print


If your Media Shuttle members cannot send or receive files, verify that the required ports are opened.

To make sure Media Shuttle works correctly on your network, ensure Port Forwarding is configured as detailed below:

Note: for new Media Shuttle Standard installations, port TCP 80 is used. For existing installations, port TCP 8081 is used.
  • Receive instructions from the Media Shuttle cloud: TCP 80, 443
  • Data transfer from end user browser: UDP 49221
