Signiant App Plug-in blocked by Symantec Products Print

The Signiant App Installer may trigger a security threat in Symantec anti-virus products (such as Norton 360 or Norton Internet Security),. This can occur due to the filtering that Symantec has in place for it's software scans. The filter that is catching our plug-in is called WS.Reputation.1.

This is not a report of an actual virus or threat in Signiant, but instead means that Norton does not have enough information about the file to be sure it is safe, so it is quarantined instead.

To finish installing Signiant, you can restore the setup file for Signiantfrom Norton's quarantine.

For more information on this, see this article on WS.Reputation.1 and what it means from Symantec's help site.
